Off-Campus Housing

Off-Campus Student Services individually assists students, faculty and staff to help locate appropriate housing, primarily in the University District. In addition, OCSS provides roommate services, sublet services, legal referrals, a video-taping service, among virtually any other resource dealing with living off-campus.

Off-Campus Student Services holds an annual Housing Fair in January, which allows students, faculty and staff to gather information from landlords, businesses and other off-campus entities in order to make an informed decision regarding their off-campus living arrangements. Roommate Fairs are also held at least once each quarter.

Off-Campus Student Services, in conjunction with USG, has also started campustrades.osu.edu, which gives OSU students, faculty and staff a central location to buy and sell items such as furniture, textbooks, appliances, even vehicles!
